58ph reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and address. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation for higher-value transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one active 58ph account. This restriction applies regardless of the device, IP address, mobile number, or payment method used. The creation of multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. 58ph is not responsible for any consequences arising from your provision of inaccurate or misleading information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 58ph will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 58ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, following advance notice to the Player's registered contact details. Any remaining balance after deductions will be returned upon account reactivation and successful KYC completion.
58ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT (TRC20 network), and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at 58ph's discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
The primary currency of the 58ph Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 58ph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited to your 58ph account are from sources you are legally authorized to use, and that your use of those payment methods complies with applicable law. Deposits made from third-party accounts not belonging to the registered player may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available to verified 58ph account holders with a positive Real Money balance, subject to any applicable wagering requirements having been satisfied on associated Bonus Funds. 58ph reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
58ph aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 20 minutes for standard amounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1 to 3 banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, pending verification, or in cases where additional due diligence is required.
To comply with anti-money laundering obligations, 58ph requires that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method and account used for the deposit, where technically feasible. In cases where this is not possible, 58ph may request additional documentation to verify the withdrawal destination.
Standard daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all 58ph accounts. These limits vary by account verification tier. Players may request increased withdrawal limits through the 58ph support team, subject to enhanced KYC verification. Current withdrawal limit schedules are published in the 58ph account portal.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 58ph are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates. These terms are published on each individual promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Where a Player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds simultaneously, Real Money Funds are applied to qualifying wagers first, unless otherwise specified. Live casino table games and some other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — the applicable contribution rates are published per promotion.
58ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly; wagering patterns designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as placing offsetting bets on opposite outcomes); exploitation of software errors or unintended promotion mechanics. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances and associated winnings voided and their accounts suspended.
58ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Promotions are offered at 58ph's sole discretion and are not guaranteed to be available on an ongoing basis.
All 58ph slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers in licensed studios. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the respective game system. Technical malfunctions that result in incomplete game rounds will be resolved on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the game provider's policies.
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game on the 58ph platform is published and accessible within the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Actual returns in any given session may be significantly higher or lower than the published RTP.
In the event of a verified technical error, game malfunction, or data transmission failure that affects the integrity of a game round, 58ph reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players. In cases of disputed outcomes, 58ph's decision, based on server logs and game provider records, is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 58ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
58ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, or compliance with any legal or regulatory obligation.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the 58ph support team. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be addressed. Verified Real Money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method following KYC verification.
58ph offers self-exclusion as part of its Responsible Gaming program. Third-party game content available on the 58ph Platform, including games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, and other providers, remains the property of those respective providers and is used by 58ph under license.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 58ph shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or interruption to service.
58ph's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
58ph makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 58ph is governed by the 58ph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
58ph processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
58ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered mobile number or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory order.
The most current version of these Terms is always available at 58ph.club/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 58ph Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and 58ph arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation by contacting 58ph support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the proper courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.
